Presentations available following a meeting that took place in UCC on Sat 23rd June to discuss research funding for degenerative diseases of the brain in Ireland.
More presentations will become available over the coming days and an event report will be prepared which will include recommended follow-up action points.

A new book titled 'Dementia and Human Rights' by Prof. Suzanne Cahill of Trinity College Dublin has been launched.

DNNI and the Alzheimer Society of Ireland recently hosted a Dementia Research Consensus Forum on 10th April in Dublin.
Thank you to all those who joined us on the day to discuss dementia research prioritisation and research funding. We are now preparing a report based on the roundtable feedback which will be available shortly.
DNNI (Dementia and Neurodegeneration Network Ireland), in collaboration with Creative Aging International and other partners hosted Headspace2018 on Friday 27th & Saturday 28th April 2018 in Trinity College Dublin.

The Alz Talks, designed to be an innovative way to to open up a conversation on dementia and challenge stigma, feature people living with dementia, carers and musicians and were recorded in October 2016.

AAIC 2017, where international investigators, clinicians and care providers gather to share the latest study results, theories and discoveries that will help bring the world closer to breakthroughs in dementia science.
