On 4th Nov (2-3.30pm), Dementia Research Network Ireland (DRNI), in partnership with the National Dementia Office will host a forum 'Dementia Post-Diagnostic Supports: Ensuring Broad Implementation' as part of the wrap-up to the conference. The forum will explore the current post-diagnostic landscape and practitioners will discuss best practice in this area. We will discuss how to build on the recent progress made in post-diagnostic supports and how to ensure broad implementation for those who would most benefit from such supports. The forum is free to attend and further details will be posted here in the coming days.
