Dementia Research Network Ireland are hosting free monthly webinars on hot topics in dementia research. These webinars will provide an opportunity to hear from those working in basic science, clinical and social research as well as from people living with dementia and their families. Each one-hour webinar will include a Q&A with the audience.

Target Audience: Researchers, clinicians, health & social care practitioners, the public including people living with dementia/ neurodegeneration and their families.

The next webinar will take place on Monday 18th October 11-12pm and the topic is Alzheimer's Disease. Speakers & topics include:

  • How the NILVAD trial informs clinical and research practice: Prof. Brian Lawlor, Deputy Executive Director, Global Brain Health Institute, Trinity College Dublin
